Description
Connie and Mireille begin the interview discussing how the book is an extension of Mireille’s first book, and how living actively is part of a happy, healthy life. They move on to discuss some of the differences concerning dinner rituals between America and France before moving on to discuss the benefit of certain vegetables, such as leeks, in the diet. Mireille then demonstrates different types of styles using a scarf as a means to discuss the great variety of foods typical in French diets. Connie closes the interview requesting an autograph for her copy of the book.
