Pictured is Captain Jack Allen, newly appointed commander of Los Angeles Police Department's North Hollywood police station, who is currently engaged in full-time program readying for opening of new $500,000 facility by July 1. Approximately 108 officers will man station. Photograph dated April 15, 1958.
