In a crowded meeting room of the Statler Hilton, a New York delegate is speaking. The water is not need to clear his voice. He speaks with the silent voice of sign language. The delegate represents one of the American Athletic Association of the Deaf member clubs attending a four-day National Basketball Tournament in Los Angeles. The tournament ends today."
