Title supplied by cataloger. Photograph article dated April 22, 1965 reads, "A lot of hot air from UCLA ascended Wednesday over City Hall - but it was in a pink and white balloon, and all in fun. The balloon was inflated and launched to call attention to the 24th annual UCLA Mardi Gras Friday and Saturday at the Westwood campus. All proceeds of the carnival are used to support Uni-Camp, a non-profit summer camp maintained by UCLA students for underprivileged children."
