Photo of woman holding Harriot (or Harriet) de Forest as a baby, born 19 June 1909. The woman is likely de Forest's wife, Nora Stanton Blatch de Forest. On the reverse, Lee de Forest has written, "What hopes, what influences, what subtle and resistless forces - rest concentrated in this tiny lump of mobile flesh! The infinites of Past and Future here pass through the zero point!" From a de Forest scrapbook (2003-34-736)
