Description
Otto Griebling, world-famous clown, has Ensign Betty Bayly laughing hysterically by his famous act of sitting amidst the spectators and staring at them with wistful eyes. Ensign Bayly's escort and other servicemen join in this bit of hilarity at the Cole Bros. Circus on October 2, 1943.
