This photograph is contained in one of two volumes by Dobbin titled "Album of San Francisco."
Portrait of two aviators and their dog in front of an airplane. Text written to left of photo: "Later." Written to right: "'The Flying Parson' [arrow to left] Lieutenant B W Maynard & Electrician W.E. Kline and dog 'Trixie' arriving in San Francisco on their continental Airplane race Oct 11th 1919 at 1:12 P.M. Winners of the Race. Time from New York to San Francisco 25 hours 16 minutes 47 seconds. In September 1920 Lieutenant Maynard was killed while flying at Rutland Vt. when his Plane dropped 3000 feet."
