Photograph caption dated April 27, 1983 reads, "Magic Johnson and Co. watch helplessly as ball goes out of bounds." This game was the second of five Western Conference Semifinals games between the Lakers and the Portland Trail Blazers. Laker Kurt Rambis (left rear), Trail Blazer Linton Townes (background) and another player from Portland are seen with Johnson, waiting to see if the ball will go out of bounds. The Lakers won this series and went on to play against the San Antonio Spurs in the Western Conference Finals.
