Description: Scenic view of Vista del Arroyo Hotel shows the tower, gardens and bungalows. Date built: 1920/1930 (tower). Gardens and "bungalows" were designed mostly by Marston and also Myron Hunt. Architects: Marston and Van Pelt/George Wiemeyer (tower). Building is now (2001) District Court building. Pool and most of the bungalows (foreground) have been destroyed.
