Their uniforms consist of a buttoned jacket, hat and tall boots. A spotted dog stands in front of the men on the right with a wooden box to the right of it. Slabs of wood are scattered across the grass in the foreground while a wooden frame stands on the left. Tents sit in a row along the street in the background on the far right.
