Description
From photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on November 26, 1967: "Silt-laden water destroys the clarity of this boat harbor at Crystal Bay. The flow of mud into the harbor resulted from a storm in Incline Village area and drainage of Secord Creek. Summer and mud slides are building up deltas throughout the area."
