A scroll hangs behind Charles Protzman and Ted. Ted's hand touches the edge of a table with a teapot and other tableware. "Okitsu - Ted and I in the 'living-dining' room at the Mynaguchia hotel. The kimono was short in sleeves and length, but you should notice a slant beginning around my eyes" is handwritten on the back of the photograph. Mynaguchia may refer to Minaguchiya.
