Celebrating the passing of the $65,000 mark in their war bond purchases, employees of the Robinsons' Department Store held a Victory Way Dance on May 2, 1942, in the parking lot next to the store. Scores of soldier boys from nearby camps were their guests. The photo shows them dancing before a huge crowd.
