Exterior view of estate once owned by E. M. Neustaedt. The Colonial Revival style house was located on the northwest corner of Adams and Western in Los Angeles. The residence boasts of three chimneys, five gabled dormers, two large balconies on the second floor, ten rooms (possibly more), large columned portico, two large decorative "ramps" leading to the entrance, and beautiful landscaping.
