PhotographÂ was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated November 25, 1955 reads "Plenty of milk. Nearly a million pounds of milk are produced from dairy cows like these at the Way Side (sic) Honor Rancho. Work in the open for inmates helps restore them to useful lives. In addition, farm produces 34,488 pounds of dressed beef, 6,500 pounds of mutton and 74,900 pounds of dressed pork in year, all for county use."
