Barge, houseboat, buildings, piers, watertower, dome of capitol in distance. McCurry no. 6030 -- view 2 (2010-1679). Piers, steamboats, bridge, buildings. McCurry no. 6025 -- view 3 (2010-1680). Shows waterfront in distance, West Sacramento levee in foreground. McCurry no. 6009. Also have negative: no. 26,893 (view 3, 4x5 in.) West Sacramento Company incorporated in 1910 for purpose of developing land west of Sacramento River. Between 1910 and 1913 completed reclamation project that included construction of levees, irrigation system, roads. In 1911 organized area as Reclamation District 900.
