Photograph of the exterior view of the Pasadena National Bank in the Stanton Building (previously the Masonic Temple), Pasadena, ca.1916. The four-story corner building sports a first floor constructed of stone masonry work, a second floor unique for its large arched windows, and an inclined roof with five battlement-like walls spaced out on the edges. The main entrances have ornamental pediments with carvings of flowers and the year "1886-1894" carved within it. The corner entrances have the name "Pasadena National Bank" embossed above the doorway. The side entrances have "Stanton Building" embossed above the doorway. Legible signs include: "Glasscock's", "Stanton Building", "Dr. MacMillan, dentist", "J. Perry Wood, John A. Goodrich, attorneys at law, law offices", "safe deposit boxes", "Pasadena National Bank", "Colorado S.", "Raymon[d] A.", "city of Pasadena garbage", "Strafford & Cambell, real estate", "Western Union, telegraph office", "The Times", "Dr. Turner".
