Photograph caption dated June 9, 1965 reads, "Discussing the opening of six Youth Employment Service offices throughout the Valley are, from left, Mrs. Caroline Boniface, youth director, Encino Community Center; Bill Hall, recreation director, Reseda Junior Chamber of Commerce; Dr. Keith Kenyon, board member, Valley Teen Center, and Ralph Pile, manager, Van Nuys branch of the California State Employment Service. The offices, operating for 11 years under sponsorship of local community agencies, will be geared this summer to the Youth Opportunity Campaign launched by President Lyndon B. Johnson."
