Original print has visible crease down middle. Photograph article dated May 24, 1962 reads, "You'd think, paging through the photogenic magazine ads that splash with bikinied, buxom girls and shimmering blue water, that a swimming pool can be an inexpensive delight. Do not doubt about delight; but inexpensive? Not in a blue moon. Although the Better Business Bureau has in the past warned some builders about misleading advertising, a few continue to attract the public with photographs of beautiful, serene pools inset with prices under $2,000. The ads are misleading, says one Valley pool builder, because 'it's impossible to build a complete pool under $2,000.'" Pictured are actress Barbara Bricker on diving board, and singer Judy Lynn, running around pool.; See images #00131966 through #00131968 for all photos in this series.
