Title supplied by cataloger. Photographer's caption reads, "Herman came across the Mexican border ten years ago and ended up in Hollywood. He got a job loading dirty dishes into scalding dishwashing equipment in the Beverly Hills restaurant of Barneys New York. He worked his way into the kitchen where he now prepares exotic caviars, Baltimore crab cakes, and premium smoked fish flown in from the east coast. "Very, very expensive," he said. Sometimes when all the diners have departed, Herman goes out on the fifth floor dining terrace and peers southeast toward the lights of Hollywood. He tries to spot the craftsman-style bungalow where he lives with his mother, his identical twin brother, his wife, and his seven-month-old son Jesse."
