This is side B of the eighth tape of recordings of a course taught by Peter Drucker in 1978. In this recording he covers topics such as accident prevention in the workplace, asthma in children, and Missionary efforts. He goes on to discuss results in health care, a topic he spoke about on side A. He states that the presence of procedures, propriety, and protocols do not create results, but the absence of those defenses produces damage. Drucker also explains the three parts of triage and says that health is now a moral absolute in modern society. He also begins to talk about how it is a misconception that simply satisfying customers means a business will survive, which will be continued on the next tape.
