Description
This is a video recording of a question and answer session with Peter Drucker and John Bachamann for the Edward Jones firm. Discussion topics include building on leadership from the sales force, the ideal value of the external customer as the only customer, managing conflicting priorities, the pace of change at Edward Jones, the managing partner succession plan, and instituting ideals into the firm’s daily life. Drucker advises that managers pay close attention to their successful representatives, particularly the accidental successes in which the representatives are unaware of their own strengths.
