Photograph caption dated May 11, 1962 reads, "Debbie Reynolds has something to be proud of... The former Burbank resident, who is well known for her philanthropic endeavors, was presented a plaque in appreciation of her continued support of the March of Dimes in Burbank. Linda Stewart, Burroughs High student, presented the award while Debbie was on the set at Paramount."
