Photograph caption dated December 6, 1956 reads, "Lucian Segai of Altadena makes early repairs on his small craft while several of the neighborhood small fry try out some of his fishing equipment. Segai is one of some 8,000 small boat enthusiasts who will take advantage of harbor facilities now being built in Santa Monica area."
