Tourism booklet published by the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power praises the Owens Valley as a tourist site for recreational and fishing activities. Mentioned throughout are the efforts of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power to supply Owens Valley water to Los Angeles and its work to preserve the Owens Valley. Booklet includes pictures both of the Owens Valley and of the City of Los Angeles' activities in the area.
