View of a street with two buildings; on right is a small one-story building with the word "SIGNS" on its front below a roof comb with the words "F.R. Hamilton" on it; on right side of photo is a wooden fence, displaying four posters with "ROXIE" at top & 15c below; on left side of photo are two two-story buildings, each with a second floor balcony and overhanging roofs;first building has thee tall windows on 2nd floor; building at extreme left has five windows; a sign on first two story building on its side says "PARK 15" and an arrow that points to the back; a fire hydrant stands on corner of signs building. Walter Hepting was born in Sacramento (father was from Switzerland, mother from Germany). Worked for the State Treasurer's Office. Was amateur historian, collected old photographs and images of Sacramento. "'Bing Kong Tong Company'. 'Free Mason Society'"
