Description
Howard Boltz was an instructor in Ornamental Horticulture, and Helen Beckett was the department secretary at the California State Polytechnic University San Dimas campus. During their time at the San Dimas campus, the location experienced war-surplus barracks which consisted of small apartments which were designated for twenty or so married veterans and their families.
