Description
Voters are lined up on November 3, 1936, to get their ballots in the polling place of Precinct 953 at 521 San Julian Street. Early voting was unusually heavy in both the working men's districts and the "silk stocking" areas. Expectations were that each of the 4261 precincts would set new records.
