The orchards cover the sides of several small rolling hills in the foreground and extend across a plain into the distance. Several small buildings can be seen scattered throughout the orchards. Two rows of rugged mountains are visible in the background the mountain range further back is covered with snow. The leaves of an orange tree can be seen in the foreground at right.
