Description
Stuart Eizenstat discusses his book, “Imperfect Justice.” He begins by explaining that many relatives of Jews in the Holocaust couldn’t get into their deceased relative’s bank accounts because there were no death certificates. He discusses being the Ambassador to the European Union from 1993 to 1996. He talks about the controversy of allowing Armenian artifacts included in Holocaust museums. Eizenstat discusses art, bank accounts, and land that the Nazis looted during World War II. He ends the interview by discussing cash reparations given to forced laborers and victims of concentration camps.
