Description
Photograph of captured German artillery on display at the Place de la Concorde in Paris, ca.1917. There is a low wall dividing the square at center, and the artillery parked to the left of the wall is facing to the left, while the guns at right are facing right. Many people can be seen wandering around the guns and looking at them. A large palace provides a backdrop for the scene at center, and several statues are visible around the square.
