Title supplied by cataloger. Constructed between 1909 and 1911 to the cost of over a million dollars, the 12-story Hall of Records at 220 N. Broadway was completely demolished by September 1973. The Criminal Courts Building, later renamed Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center, as seen from across Temple Street on March 17, 1971. On the left is the Hall of Records, later demolished.
