Description
"The Malcolm F. Gee Insurance Agency, Inc., last week moved its offices from 2326 16th Street, in the path of the W-X Streets Freeway, into this new building, its own, at 2015 Q Street. The structure, representing an investment of about $70,000, was built by the John F. Otto Construction Company on plans by the Sacramento architectural firm Rickey & Brooks. The Gee firm's offices occupy about 1,300 of the building's 3,300 square feet of floor space. The remainder will be rented to other firms"
