Photograph caption dated May 29, 1959 reads "Robert Trowbridge, left, president of Sunland-Tujunga Lions Club describes fence now being built around pool at Camp Bill Lane in Big Tujunga Canyon. Assisting in project are, from left, Henry Lefebvre, Robert Robinson, pool chairman, and Dr. Lorin Peterman of Boy Scouts Pool, which was closed three years ago because of no fence, will be used this summer."
