Description
Photograph of the exterior view of the Desert Inn resort in Palm Springs, ca.1940. The two-story building features Spanish-tiled roof, a balcony walkway on the second floor, and a covered walkway on the first floor. A sign is posted above the entrance to the department store on the first floor, which reads: "Bullock's, men and womens w[ear]". Trees and bushes decorate the well manicured lawn in front of the building.
