The silhouttes of two people can be seen in the bottom left corner of the picture one of them has stopped walking and appears to be picking something up from the shallow water, which is reflecting the silhouttes. The other person is walking and looking at his companion. Both people are wearing hats, and the stooping person has a long jacket or skirt. The hills are visible along the horizon.
