Receded flood waters on the Russian River near Guerneville, January 21, 1895. Redwood stump deposited by flood waters atop another during Jan. 21, 1895 flood at south end of W. H. Willet's timber claim now Korbel Vineyard, west of Guerneville; lower right: unidentified man looking through hollowed out stump.
