Description
The postcard is a black and white photo of the Eighth and K Street intersection in Sacramento during the 1920s. At that time, three rail lines met at this intersection: The Sacramento Northern, the Central California Traction Company, and the Twenty-first street line. In 1960, interurban railways were banned for safety reasons.
