Description
A two-year lease beginning January 1, 1939 and ending December 31, 1940 for eleven acres of the M. R. Dominguez allotment in Rancho San Pedro. The yearly rent was $275. The lease includes a notation indicates there was a tenant by the name of Fujiwara. The document is signed by the company and lessee.
