View 1 (2019-1255) -- view 2 (2019-1495). View 1 - "Printed by Stellman" -- stamped on verso. Title handwritten on verso (date wrong) -- View 2 - .print from Stellman collection negative. Also have negative: no. 11,407a (view 2). Army of the Unemployed marched on Union Square in Jan. 1914 under leadership of W.A. Thorn. Thorn addressed the crowd from base of Dewey Monument. Demands were for an 8-hour day, $3.00 a day; S.F. Chronicle describes banner demanding 8 hours $3. being carried by procession.
