Description
Photograph of workers on the Jefferson Street Storm Drain, ca.1930. To the left of center, men stand inside a rectangular ditch that was created for a storm drain. Wooden rods line the drain while dirt hills sit on both sides. Men on the right side of the ditch hold shovels as they work on hauling away the dirt. The workers are plentiful and extend into the distance. A truck carrying dirt can be seen on the right while houses and trees line the street on the right side.
