Photograph caption reads: "Diana Schoonover, Panorama City Teen Club; Roger Pida, Derbys of Woodman Square YMCA, and Dan Stout, Aztecs of Panorama, from left, discuss plans for teen council at recent organizational meeting. Stout is acting as temporary chairman of unit which includes 13 youth clubs. Advisers of council are Ed Megrablian and Mrs. Helen Cain of Sepulveda Playground and Harvey Noel of Panorama Playground. Panorama City-Sepulveda Coordinating Council is sponsor of council, which plans dance April 24". Photograph dated: April 7, 1959.
