Description
This 1915 postcard provides a birdseye view of Sacramento's K Street can be seen from the west and from the top of the Federal building and Post Office, at Seventh and K streets. Prominent are the steeples of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament at Eleventh and K streets. To the right of that is the Hotel Sacramento, located at Tenth and K streets. The church was built in 1889, the hotel in 1909. To the far right of the frame is the California State Capitol building at Tenth and L streets.
