This photograph can also be found on page 117 of the 1925 Pomona College yearbook, "Metate" with this description: "Astronomical Society, made up of students taking astronomy and interested in it, has been fortuntae in having the opportunity this year of hearing some of the leading astronomers in their meetings. Dr. Frederick C. Leonard gave an address on 'Binary Stars and Their Relation to Stellar Evolution.' Besides privileges such as the aboe they have held interesting meetings in which local club members have presented theprograms".
