Photograph caption dated April 15, 1957 reads, "Former supervisor Roger Jessup, right, dedicates new $52,000 clubhouse recently completed in Dexter Park in northern part of San Fernando Valley. With him are Robert E. Meyers, left, administrative assistant to Supervisor Warren Dorn, and Mrs. S. A. DeLue. More than 200 persons were on hand to witness ceremony."
