Description
Photograph caption dated June 9, 1965 reads "City of San Fernando Mayor Phil Jones introduces Octavio Ursua Quiroz, mayor of Colima Mexico, and his wife, to vast throng outside San Fernando City Hall. Colima is San Fernando's sister city, and as a part of the annual Fiesta the Mission City invited Mayor Ursua and his city council as honorary guests. Tonight the visitors will attend the colorful Mantilla Banquet."
