Photograph caption dated December 21, 1955 reads, "Marking the second time he has been so honored, William Holden was voted a "Golden Apple" as the most co-operative actor of the year, by Hollywood Women's Press Club. Betty Goode made the presentation. Jane Russell was named the most co-operative actress." Goode presents Holden with his award at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
