Description
The photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on January 18, 1978 states: "Folsom Turnabout - Above-normal rainfall in Northern California is quickly refilling reservoirs and Folsom Lake is giving promise of being a boater's paradise again. Brown's Ravine Marina is empty, however, the result of drought conditions which put it high and dry a year ago (subject photo).
