The following description, taken from the postcard's back, promoted one of the many popular motels and lodges that once appeared at regular intervals along Sacramento-area main thoroughfare Auburn Boulevard "on interstate 80 between Howe and Fulton Aves. Just north of Sacramento.....Next to Haggin Oaks Public Golf Course....easy access to McClellan Air Force Base..."
