A large group of young boys in uniform stand beneath the arched opening of the school, which bears the sign "Indian Training School at its fenced entrance. The boys stand at center, some behind the fence, and others at the gated opening, while others stand at the entrance of the house behind them. The house stands several stories tall, and can be seen behind the thick arboreal area that spans both sides of the walkway.
